I really enjoyed your book, Biography of the Dollar.
One little note, though. On page 244, you quote Joseph Quinlan on 2005 interest payments on aggregate foreign debt at 114 billion for the year or about $310 million per day. The ascribed quote calculates that amount as “slightly more than $ 1 million for each man, woman, and child in America-every day”.
I think $ 1 for each person in America is nearly as impressive and accurate by a millionfold.
